I heard too much noodle is no good for us. Especially those thick yellow noodles. Cause 'wind' or bloating if taken too much. anyone to ofer their opinion on this?

I understand some people prefer white noodles to yellow ones ...'healthier' without the eggy content. Hmm, I reckon I prefer noodles over rice when
1) I just woke up
2) 1st meal of the day
3) not in the mood to get V.Full.
What about the rest of you?? =)

Im a simple white rice man.

I think rice is easier to chew, swallow and digest. I get the feeling of eating something that fills my mouth and stomach from a spoonful of rice rather than a spoonful of noodles.

I love the occasional noodles too, but I guess growing up half peranakan style, rice is our staple. Does culture/race plays a part?

Are noodles more difficult to digest than rice? Anyone got any ideas?

Leslie,

I suddenly remember a pretty good Pasta/italian Stall at Northpoint food court. I'm not sure if they are still there. But relatively cheap and good! :)

Restuarant standard at food court price! :)

You can check them out too! :)
