The New Layout

Hooked on Head's Mee Siam - Link

Thanks to everyone for your valuable feedback.

Latest changes:

  • Put the main posts back in the middle
  • Added a background (black leather)
  • Added a Random Post widget so you can click to read a random post (What to Eat?)
  • Added a Popular Post widget so you can see what others are reading
  • Increase the size of the pics - the main one
  • Changed the Avatar back to ieat
Almost there. Please let me know of any problems you encounter eg slow loading times, clipping on smaller screens etc

This is an improvement over the previous new layout but do prefer the original layout too. I do not like the food directory so much at the bottom left hand and how you have to scroll so much to get to the individual food selections. Felt the old layout was more neater.

Alright ... alright, I think enough is being commented. Let ieat get on with his blog. He was being kind and considerate to ask for comments (remember he need not do that) so let's not waste any more of his precious time trying to please everyone.

Btw, the layout is fine by me, in any format. People just need time to get used to it. Bet you, after 3 days of reading your blog, it would like just perfect. Trust me!

Great job. By the way, it would be good if you could include more posts about health issues, as the think this is a good way to reach out to the general public, who may not be as well-informed about public health and disease prevention. In particular, it would be good to educate them about lifestyle and diet related diseases like CHD, hypertension, CRC, diabetes etc.

Not trying to be a killjoy, but disease prevention is important. Must be a "side effect" I experience from being in the healthcare industry.

Great job with the blog. Love your entries and photos. continue the good work.

Oh sorry. It is the mee siam from Hooked on Heads. I have added a link in the post.

One of the cardinal sins of foodism is to get people drooling and not telling them where they can get the food. Its Food Sadism
