Ieat End of Year Makan Session!

You are cordially invited to our End of Year Makan Session which will be held at Siang Hee Restaurant. Our makankakis, Damien and Champagne have arranged a sumptuous 10 course menu for us which will feature their signature Pumpkin Prawns and Crispy Ter Kah.
Here are the details:

Date: 19th Dec, 7.30pm
Cost: $18 per head
Menu:
1. Crispy Ter Kah
2. Pumpkin Prawns
3. Marmite Pork
4. French Beans
5. Special Tofu
6. Oyster Egg
7. Hae Cho
8. Fried Garoupa with Thai Special Sauce
9. Soft Shell Crab
10. Hor Fun

wahcow, I have tried the soft shell crab 2 weeks ago, which was pretty good.

ha ha, not sure if you can Yo ah Yo ah, cos Wahcow is into serious retro stuff. His old canto style music may be from Qing dynasty one.

The chef Ah Yoke is a dear and a whiz at cooking!!!! She once accidentally overcharged a colleague who ate there and when I visited, she passed me money to refund my colleague!
Too bad I can't join :o( But will surely visit her soon.
Honesty is the best policy. She's a real character and it is good to see that she is doing so well!

Remember that it is afterall a coffeeshop, so nothing is stopping you from coming by to say hi, sitting at the next table and ordering some stuff!
I am saving up my calories and running an extra few rounds to prepare for the Ter Kah!

Have been on a fish soup and herbal soup diet since Sunday to prepare for Friday :)
At first we thought of having only 5 tables for an itimate gathering, however, the response was overwhelming and we did not want to disappoint and turn away all who signed up.
We managed to open 3 additional tables making a grand total of 80 kakis joining us for the dinner!
Yay!
