Citizoom Minced Fish Noodle: Everything is made from Fish! Geylang East Central Part 1 of 6

With smart, iwatch_ueat and liverpool

Now this is a great one for those looking for something novel and healthy. This place sells Shou Gong Yu Mian (Handmade Fish Noodles). Not only is the noodle made of fish, the brown crispy stuff is also made of fish, the wanton is stuffed with fish and the noodles are topped with He Chor (minced fish).

The fishball here is one of the best I have tasted. Its substantial and meaty but at the same time bouncy and you can really savour the taste of the fish. I was told that they make all the ingredients themselves at a factory and they use only yellowtail fish. The fishballs are made from fish meat without fillers and that makes such a difference. The only let down was the soup, which could have been more solid.

These hawker has only been in business for over a year, but they are already making quite a name for themselves. The reason you are reading this today is because 3 different people told me about this stall last week!

Conclusion

Its new, its tasty, its healthy. Gotta try it right? 4/5 (The soup needs more kick!)

Wow. I didn't know fish has been incorporated into noodles. Now I know where to get an alternative to bak chor mee!

Wow...you will love the taste of the fish noodle. You gotta try it and will want to go back the next day. Reccomend to try the brown brown fry thingy...taste like fish and is super. The boss there is so nicceee even let me have my soup to be sooo concentrated and tastier. For those who love lighter taste, they can even make it for you which is their original soup taste.

Enjoy eating say:

This minced fish noodle stall is sooo niceee..highly reccomended to go and try it. My office is just nearby and a group of my colleagues will always patronize the stall. This is so goodz...the taste is so tasty. Even we eat for few days, we still feel shiok after eating. But I suggest if the soup can add in spring onion will make the soup more fragrant and looks more yummy too.

mmm.. nice!! tried it last week... had the soup version..almost as good as the bedok bak chor mee!! but agree that the bowl of soup provided for the dry version looks quite empty and tastes bland without spring onions!

It seems like they also have a similar stall in an AMK neighbourhood, no?

I saw some newspaper cuttings pasted at the AMK stall but didn't take further notice.

Yes they have many stalls in Spore now including AMK. I hope the quality is still there.

i had it 2 weeks ago. Being health conscious, i would say the kueh tiao soup was good and healthy. Soup was not salty and can tell very little msg. the noodle soup was not that good due to the alkaline taste after the noodle is soaked in the soup. Would definitely go back for more.

Do they have a branch at Old Airport FC too? Saw a stall with exactly the same name. Is that one any good?
