Its under others as I don't expect a majority of people will choose them. Which is your favourite?
whenever i eat a really good kong bak pau, char siew, roast suckling pig, or roast pork, i always tell myself this pig died a good death.

steamed garoupa, pomfret works for me anytime.....
pork with fats or bones attached.Not keen with lean meat
